Terra Systems deploys Avaya Aura Contact Center Solutions

for CTC  Travel boosting up performance, sales, and customer satisfaction

 

Project background

CTC Tourism Holdings is one of the largest travel operator s in Singapore that provides inbound and outbound tours, wholesale travel, and MICE services.  Terra Systems was selected to design, build and manage the entire voice, video and data infrastructure – a turnkey solution that includes VOIP, Voice recorders, Unified Messaging, LAN, WAN, VPN, cabling, retail solutions such as queue management system and multi-site contact center solutions.

 

Incorporated on 2nd of March, 1990 as a Singapore-based tour operator, CTC Travel now know as CTC Tourism Holdings, has evolved into a leading travel and tour operator in Asia today.  The company has expanded beyond Singapore with a paid up capital of US$7.55 million and have dealings with tour operators all over the world including China, Europe, America, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, Africa and many more.

Terra Systems worked with Avaya to design and deploy the new communications infrastructure solution for CTC Travel. The solution is a state-of-the-art deployment of IP Contact Center Solution spanning four different locations in Singapore and support multi-channels such as Fax-Over-IP and SMS integrated solution. The solution, acclaimed for its flexible and unified communications capabilities is designed to work across multiple communications channels, offering flexible and scalable options that can help improve efficiency and productivity of employees and enhance customer service support while mitigating costs and risks.

 

The milestones of the turnkey project also include supply and installation of VOIP recorders, Call Billing System, Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, Server Racks, UPS and Structure Cabling. Terra Systems took less than 3 months to complete all the milestones of the project, thus enabling CTC Travel to gain business competitive edge quickly.
